সুরমা যুব উন্নয়ন সংঘ (SYDA) শিক্ষা, জলবায়ু সহনশীলতা, নারীর ক্ষমতায়ন ও কর্মসংস্থানের মাধ্যমে সিলেটের তরুণ ও প্রান্তিক জনগোষ্ঠীর হাত ধরে জাতিসংঘের টেকসই উন্নয়ন লক্ষ্যমাত্রা (SDGs) বাস্তবায়নে কাজ করছে ২০২২ সাল থেকে।Surma Youth Development Association (SYDA) has been working since 2022 to advance the UN Sustainable Development Goals in Sylhet, through education, climate resilience, women's empowerment, and youth employment, hand in hand with local communities.
সুরমা যুব উন্নয়ন সংঘ একটি যুব-নেতৃত্বাধীন, অলাভজনক, অরাজনৈতিক ও অসাম্প্রদায়িক উন্নয়নমূলক সংগঠন, যা বাংলাদেশের তরুণদের নেতৃত্ব, দক্ষতা ও সামাজিক দায়বদ্ধতা জাগ্রত করার লক্ষ্যে কাজ করছে। আমরা বিশ্বাস করি, যুবসমাজই টেকসই উন্নয়ন, সামাজিক ন্যায়বিচার এবং জলবায়ু-সহনশীল ভবিষ্যৎ গঠনের মূল শক্তি।SYDA is a youth-led, non-profit, non-political and non-religious development organization working to awaken leadership, skill and social accountability among young people in Bangladesh. We believe youth are the key drivers of sustainable development, social justice, and a climate-resilient future.
