SYDA একটি নির্বাহী কমিটি দ্বারা পরিচালিত, যেখানে রয়েছেন সভাপতি, সহ-সভাপতি, সাধারণ সম্পাদক, কোষাধ্যক্ষ ও অন্যান্য নির্বাহী সদস্য। সংগঠনটি জাতীয় বিধিবিধান ও আন্তর্জাতিক এনজিও মানদণ্ডের সাথে সামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ গণতান্ত্রিক সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণ, আর্থিক স্বচ্ছতা ও জবাবদিহিতা অনুসরণ করে।SYDA is governed by an Executive Committee, President, Vice President, General Secretary, Treasurer and other executive members, following democratic decision-making, financial transparency and accountability aligned with national regulation and international NGO standards.
